Several file hosts are shutting down. We have compiled a list of good old sites where you could get Game mods and even full legit games. They are all going away one by one. Below is the on exhaustive list I have so far from a quick look into emails I received.

http://neverwintervault.org/ Never winter night 1 & 2  *Unknown licensing, no legalese)
http://forum.bioware...rwinter-nights/ NWN and other games in other fourms. NWN is only as an example.
http://rpgvaultarchive.ign.com/ Many RPG game files, soon to disappear
http://vault.ign.com/ appears to be down?
http://www.fileplane...8/0/section/RPG fileplanet itself is shutting down, other sections can be downloaded as well. FULL games available

There are several more host, if you know of any please list them and their alternatives. More importantly if you have files that can be useful please upload them here on the forums. We have more than enough space for now. We can figure out the logistics if it gets overwhelming for the forum.

What we need help with is folks uploading what they have or uploading from other sites to here. If you have your own game files that you want to share that is ok too ofcourse.

When uploading please choose the right category and use "Tags" extensively to include the game name.

Thank you

UPDATE: It seems a lot of mods are not opensource or have correct licensing. Please ensure its one of accepted licensing. We don't want to promote a modding community fraught with legal hassles. It's better to let them be.
